I’m Sloane Papa, the founder of macs by Sloane, as well as the food photographer, recipe developer, and content creator behind the baking blog Sloane’s Table. After a few years of sharing my recipes with the world (and perfecting my macaron recipe!), I decided it was time to go after my longtime dream of owning a bakery. macs by Sloane was created for one very sweet and simple reason - to share my passion for these delicate cookies with you!

As a Dallas, Texas based micro bakery, we offer delivery statewide and pickup locally.

We are located in the Knox/Henderson area. Once you place your order you will be given the exact address.

Pickup times range from 9am-12pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays only. At checkout, please select a day and time at least one week after order placement.

Macarons are delicate meringue based cookies made with egg whites, sugar, and almond flour. They are sandwiched with various fillings ranging from ganache to buttercream.

Technically, yes, macarons are naturally gluten-free. However, the macs by Sloane micro bakery is not a controlled gluten-free kitchen, so therefore the macarons could potentially be cross-contaminated with gluten.
